  • Designed the data model behind it (entity × indicator × time × value) so a user's question maps straight to the right chart shape, taking schema jargon and build steps out of the flow
  • Built the full data-visualisation system: comparative bar/line, linked small-multiples, Sankey attribution, KPI stats and a scale-proof entity picker
  • Hardened it for real data (48 entities, thousands of supply-chain nodes, null gaps and outliers) via truncation rules, percentile-capped axes and progressive disclosure
  • Shipped a tokenised system across Figma and live HTML prototypes used for stakeholder review and usability validation; daily iteration with the CEO, Head of AI and PM
